The founder, Lisa, not only focuses on fresh, home-made ingredients in her product selection, but also on the special dietary requirements of her guests. As a passionate pastry chef and allergy sufferer herself, it is important to her that every product meets the highest quality standards and can also be adapted to different diets. Soulcakes stands for a special kind of indulgence - vegetarian, vegan and with great attention to detail.
