Definition of your wishes
First, we record their personal wishes by means of a questionnaire. With this questionnaire, we as an agency can prepare perfectly for the first joint telephone conversation. In this we clarify open questions and work out the goals for your new website together.
Website development
Based on your wishes we start to develop your website. We define the design and layout, then integrate all your content (images & text) and optimize your website in terms of search engine optimization, as well as the display on all devices.
Final acceptance by you
After the design is ready, you can finalize the content of the new website. With your approval, the project is completed and your site goes online.
Put website online
As soon as your website is put online, it can be found on the Internet. This will allow you to find new customers online.
Regular support and marketing
After the website creation the support by us does not stop. We provide regular security updates so that your site is reliable and permanently online. If you wish, we can also support you with the marketing of your website.
QUESTIONS & ANSWERS (FAQS)
The website is professionally created by us at the beginning of the support. Afterwards we take care that the website is always accessible and well secured. The rights of the website remain with us. This is a rental of the website.
The monthly flat rate includes the domain, hosting, regular backups and important security updates. You can change texts and images yourself if necessary.
The creation of the website should normally be done within 14 days - provided you supply us with all the necessary content (text, images, etc.).
The texts and images for the website must basically be provided by you and delivered to us. However, if you wish, you can add a one-time package so that photos are picked out by us or texts are written.
Of course you can move your existing website to us. We can take over domain and e-mails.
The site is stored securely on German servers. The transmission of data is exclusively encrypted.
All our websites are implemented DSGVO compliant. Starting with the "Pro" package, legal texts from a renowned law firm are also included.
Changes are generally not made by us, but you can do this yourself. A web interface is available to you for this purpose. In addition, you will receive instructions from us at the beginning of the support on how you can change the content yourself. If necessary, packages can be booked, whereby we take over all changes - but this is not included in the basic package.
At the end of the 24-month minimum contract period, the package is extended by a further 12 months.
If you cancel the package, we can no longer host and maintain your website. For a flat service fee of 299€ you can buy the rights to the created website and host and maintain the site elsewhere.
