How your new website is created
Defining your requirements
First of all, we’ll use a questionnaire to find out your personal requirements. This enables us, as an agency, to prepare thoroughly for our first telephone call together. During this call, we’ll clarify any outstanding questions and work together to set out the objectives for your new website.
Website development
Based on your requirements, we will begin developing your website. We will finalise the design and layout, then integrate all your content (images and text) and optimise your website for search engines, as well as ensuring it displays correctly on all devices.
Final approval by you
Once the design is finalised, you can carry out a final review of the content for the new website. Once you have given your approval, the project will be completed and your website will go live.
Publish a website
As soon as your website goes live, it will be searchable on the internet. This enables you to find new customers online.
Regular support and marketing
Our support doesn’t end once your website has been built. We ensure regular security updates so that your site remains reliable and stays online at all times. If you wish, we’d also be happy to assist you with marketing your website.

We create the website professionally at the start of our service. We then ensure that the website is always accessible and well secured. We retain the rights to the website. This is effectively a website rental service.
The monthly flat fee includes the domain, hosting, regular backups and important security updates. You can edit the text and images yourself if required.
The website should normally be completed within 14 days – provided you supply us with all the necessary content (text, images, etc.).
As a general rule, you must provide the text and images for the website yourself and send them to us. However, if you wish, you can book a one-off package so that we can select photos or write text for you.
Of course, you can transfer your existing website to us. We can take over your domain and email accounts as part of the process.
The site is securely hosted on German servers. All data is transmitted in encrypted form.
All our websites are designed to comply with the GDPR. From the ‘Pro’ package onwards, this also includes legal documents provided by a reputable law firm.
As a general rule, we do not make any changes ourselves; instead, you can do this yourself. A web interface is available for this purpose. In addition, at the start of our support, we will provide you with instructions on how to amend the content yourself. If required, you can book additional packages, whereby we will take care of all changes – however, this is not included in the basic package.
Once the 24-month minimum contract term has expired, the package will be extended for a further 12 months.
If you cancel the package, we will no longer be able to host or maintain your website. For a one-off service fee of €299, you can purchase the rights to the website we have created and host and continue to run the site elsewhere.
