Case: Wholey
Wholey is a German brand for premium smoothie bowls, shakes and smoothies for self-mixing. These are perfect as a quick, healthy breakfast or meal in between.
100% organic, vegan and natural!
The products are sold both offline via stores such as Rewe or Edeka, as well as directly to the end customer via the Shopify online store.
The hypothesis
"IF we present the product benefits more clearly and optimize the BuyBox,
THEN the AddToCard ratio for the set will increase,
BECAUSE the customer better understands the product and benefits."

Revised the buybox for better clarity and highlighting the main USPs and benefits of the product.
Integration of payment methods
To increase trust in the store, icons of the available payment methods have been integrated below the buybox.
Extension product description
An illustrated step-by-step guide was added to the product description to make the preparation of the bowls clearer for the customer.
Comparison table
Extension of the product description to include a comparison table with the aim of presenting the advantages of Wholey over other products more clearly.
Loading time optimization
One second slower corresponds to a conversion rate decrease of 7%! Therefore, during the redesign, special attention was paid to a fast loading time and unnecessary apps and code fragments were removed.
The
results
With many years of experience in optimizing Shopify stores, we were able to achieve a 26.1% increase in the AddtoCard ratio and a 4.2% improvement in the overall conversion rate in the very first test. This also increased the page value by 28.2%.
