BRERA STUTTGART
STUTTGART.
A WHOLE NEW EXPERIENCE.
Brera Serviced Apartments offers a temporary home. For guests planning a stay in Stuttgart, this home experience begins right on the website: they want to explore the rooms, compare apartment types and find out whether the accommodation is right for their stay.
Our brief was to redesign the Stuttgart location page. We brought together the presentation of the location, the apartment information and the booking entry points into a new design. The redesign resulted in a positive uplift.
The challenges
It is difficult to convey the full appeal of a serviced apartment based solely on square metres and facilities. The new location page should also show what it’s like to stay at Brera and what kind of space guests are provided with during their stay.
The different types of accommodation must be clearly distinguishable when compared side by side. Interior photographs and the accompanying details should therefore be presented in such a way that visitors can understand the differences between the categories.
Before making a booking, guests want to know what to expect. Information about living areas, kitchenettes and facilities should be easy to find and the photos of the flats should complement this information effectively.
Stuttgart is a key factor in the decision on accommodation. The presentation therefore needed to bring the specific location to life and combine interior and exterior shots to create a coherent first impression.
Once you have familiarised yourself with the apartments, the next step is to decide on the right time to stay. The process for checking availability should be clearly visible on the page layout and follow on from the accommodation selection.
People also search for accommodation on their smartphones. Pictures, apartment details and booking links therefore had to be just as easy to use on small screens as they are on a desktop.
Our solutions
We have structured the property page around the questions that guests tend to ask before staying in Stuttgart: What are the apartments like? Which category is right for me? What facilities are included? And where can I find a suitable availability?
The new design combines this information with images of the location. Apartment categories and facilities provide a concrete basis for the atmosphere; the booking entry points follow on from the navigation. The responsive redesign extends this sequence to the mobile view as well.
The result
The redesign of the Stuttgart location page has resulted in a positive uplift. The new page brings together the atmosphere of the accommodation, the selection of apartments and the entry points for checking availability within a single layout.
Guests can find out about Brera Stuttgart before they arrive and use the information to help them make their decision, moving straight on to the next step in the booking process.
