The PROBLEMS
When redesigning the store, an emotional visual world was created that awakens the desire to cook - with product photography and authentic scenes such as enjoyable moments while eating or the concentrated hobby chef at home.
The operation of a store should be as simple as possible so that customers of all age groups can quickly find their way around. Therefore, attention was paid to a clear and simple user guidance.
Clear user benefits such as free shipping options, telephone support, discounts, clarity about payment methods and return rights address basic interests of every customer. Therefore, special emphasis was placed on clear communication in the design.
The higher the revenue per customer, the better an online store can be scaled. Intelligent cross-selling and upselling significantly increased the average order value.
One second slower corresponds to a conversion rate decrease of 7%! Therefore, during the redesign, special attention was paid to a fast loading time and unnecessary apps and code snippets were removed.
